Summer Kid’s Workshops
Summer Workshops June 1- August 30th
-
Our Kids Summer Workshop includes fully instructed, hands-on classes led by qualified teachers in a small group setting so every child gets the attention and guidance they need. Each project is thoughtfully planned with their age and skill level in mind, allowing them to build confidence while learning new clay techniques. All materials and supplies are included.
Throughout the workshop, kiddos will explore creativity, problem-solving, and self-expression in a fun, encouraging environment. Finished artwork will be ready for pickup after the firing process, giving them beautiful, lasting pieces to be proud of.
-
Each class is fully guided, with a thoughtfully planned curriculum designed specifically for the age group attending. We offer classes for a variety of ages, so please be sure to review the age requirements listed for each class before registering.
We encourage parents to drop off their kiddos and allow them to enjoy the studio independently. We’ve found that children are often more confident and expressive when they can create without a parent watching.
All items made during class will be ready for pickup approximately three weeks after the class date to allow time for drying, firing, and glazing.
-
Please have your child wear a short-sleeve shirt to help prevent sleeves from rolling down into their projects. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended, especially when working on the pottery wheel.
Clay and glaze can get messy, but no worries — both wash out easily in the laundry.
-
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Because we plan materials and order supplies specifically for each registered student, we have a strict cancellation policy in place.
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of class are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before class are non-refundable.With less than two weeks’ notice, we are typically unable to fill the spot, which leaves us with unused supplies and an open seat. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
